Cadence is run by one person. Email joshua@truthis.tv and you will get a reply from a human, usually within a day or two.

Things worth including

If something went wrong with a video, tell us the email address on your account and roughly when you uploaded it. That is enough to find it. If the upload page showed you an error, the wording of it helps.

Common things

• A YouTube link would not download. YouTube sometimes blocks downloads from servers. Downloading the video yourself and uploading the file works, and costs the same.
• Processing failed. Your credit is returned automatically when a failure is on our side — you should see that on the upload page. If your balance did not go back up, tell us.
• You paid and no credit arrived. Send us the receipt Stripe emailed you and we will sort it out.
• A clip is wrong or out of context. Clips are chosen by an AI model and it does get things wrong. Pass on anything unsuitable — nothing is published unless you publish it. Telling us what it got wrong genuinely does improve it.
• Processing is taking a long time. A full service takes about an hour. You can close the tab; we email you when the clips are ready.

Deleting your account

Sign in and go to Account → Delete my account. It asks you to type DELETE to confirm, then removes everything straight away.

If you cannot sign in — you have lost the password, the email address no longer works, or the account was made by mistake — email joshua@truthis.tv from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete it. If you cannot write from that address, tell us the address and roughly when you created the account, and we will confirm it another way before deleting anything. We will not delete an account on the say-so of someone who cannot show it is theirs.
